Sutherland, a vintage "Art-botany" pattern of stylized flower designed 1871 by Owen Jones.

We revived the design and gave the colors a modern touch.

Jones trained as an architect and traveled to the Middle East where he made a study of decorative art. In 1856 he published the "Grammar of Ornament", analyzing patterns and colors from many periods and cultures. The book became an invaluable source for many designers.
